Co-worker of mine was a G.I. Joe nut, so when I got a couple of samples of high-density urethane foam, I reckoned I'd throw together a cobra logo for him. Really loved th' stuff, but it only comes in 4' by 8' sheets, so 'till I get a tablesaw, I'll have to go asking area sign companies for scraps. =)
